Casting
With of 25 years of casting experience, we understand the need for consistency and quality. We are not a large run casting house, we cater to the independent custom jeweler who is looking for the best casting possible. We cast gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. We use a state-of-the-art over pressure casting machine with vibration technology for gold and silver. Using vibration when casting ensures better form filling, creating casts with greater, more consistent densities, higher elasticity and greatly reduced porosity. We use an induction spin cast machine for platinum and palladium. We also use traditional vacuum casting for larger pieces and volumes but are limited to casting gold, silver, and bronze. All castings are roll-tumbled , inspected under magnification and magnetic tumbled. Photos are of raw castings.
