At Converge we have a computer engraver and a laser engraver. While we currently do not offer hand engraving in-house everything else we have covered. The Signature 8080+ has been the standard for computerized engravers for decades. It has the ability to engrave almost any jewelry item and can engrave glass and do hot foil stamping on leather. The laser engraver is great for jewelry marking, photos on charms and can engrave titanium and tungsten carbide with great precision. It is also great for corporate logos.
